About your session

I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental approach to helping you overcome the smoking addiction in the best and most natural way possible for your mind and body. 
 
Following a brief telephone consultation, we will arrange a an appointment that usually lasts 1.5 hours. It doesn't matter if you wish to smoke up until your appointment time.
At the appointment we will have a short initial chat before beginning your therapy. You'll then simply recline comfortably in a chair while listening to my voice and some pleasant suggestions that will deepen your sense of mental and physical relaxation. 
 
Once you're in a relaxed hypnotic state, I will deliver therapeutic suggestions designed to free your mind and body from the smoking trap. Suggestions will always reflect your personal needs as discussed in the consultation and you always have the ability to accept or reject suggestions.
Facts about hypnosis
  • Hypnosis is an extension of our natural ability to enter a state of highly focused attention.

  • Hypnosis is 100% harmless and carries no side effects. 

  • Hypnotherapy is nothing like stage hypnosis - I'll never ask you to do anything that you don't want to do. I will gently and respectfully guide you to achieve exactly what you do want from the session.

  • Hypnosis is not sleep - you need to be consciously aware to be able to hear and follow hypnotic suggestions. However, it's normal to feel pleasantly relaxed and slightly drowsy.

  • You'll hear everything that's said to you during your session and you'll retain full self-control at all times. In fact, if you wanted to you could get up at any time and walk away.
